Since its creation in 1962 ACEITUNAS GUADALQUIVIR has been dedicated exclusively to one unique product: the manzanilla olive from Seville.

The Mediterranean gastronomic tradicion and culture have made Andalusia the region which possesses the greatest number of olive trees in the world. Its sun and its climate create the ideal conditions for these hundred-year-old trees to produce their finest fruits each year. Within Andalusia, Seville is the province which traditionally prepares aperitif olives in a special way: handpicked at their best, before they are ripe and then prepared in brine to acquire that distinctive mild flavour which distinguishes them from the rest and makes them so popular.
