Pioneers in technology

We have pioneered many technological advances that have made us break away from the competition.

Some examples are the innovative implementation of water reuse systems in olive filling machines or the installation of X-rays for the detection of foreign matter in olives. We have also invested in the acquisition of the latest generation of waste evaporation systems.

All of them are proof that our commitment to quality leads us to the continuous investment in state-of-the-art technology, allowing us to bring a natural product to market, exceptional, with minimum environmental cost and optimal resource management.

Control

AGOLIVES gives as much importance to the production process from the beginning as to the industrial process. Hence, we have a pioneering process in the cultivation of olive groves. Sustainable, safe, traceable and of quality. Controlling each process with a system that allows us to monitor the entire process from the grove to the product placement on the shelves.

Environmental commitment

From an environmental perspective, our company is fully committed. We are continuously working to reduce the consumption of natural resources and minimize the environmental impact of our activity. As proof of this, we have been able to reduce water consumption by more than 3% in 2022 and by 10% over the last four years. Electricity consumption has also decreased by almost 8% in the last year.

Food Safety

We comply with AENOR UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 standards, certifying adequate environmental management throughout the manufacturing process and UNE EN ISO 9001:2015, certified for the quality management system.

Also, the company has the global food safety standards IFS (International Food Standard) and BRCGS (British Retail Consortium Global Supply) as well as the certificate of food fit for consumption by Hebrew community (KOSHER) and Arabic (HALAL). We also have EU and US organic farming certificates.
